On the Multiple Loops test (left), the patient was instructed to copy the image on the top left of the paper exactly as it was written and to repeatedly draw this image across the page. The patient drew one image with the correct number of loops in a horizontal orientation. On the sharp wave, square wave test (right), the patient was asked to continue the pattern of alternating square and sharp waves across the page in one continuous line drawing. The patient was able to copy the sequence with one error but was unable to continue the sequence across the page
