Alteration of Aβ aggregation by drugs with a high prevalence. (A) The amount of fibrils in the 25 µM drugs and 10 µM Aβ42 reaction mixtures was measured by ThT assay after 6 h of incubation. (B) Similarly, a ThT assay was performed after 48 h of incubation.
