Pathological diagnosis. A H&E staining (200×) revealed medium-sized, storiform-patterned spindle cells, with moderate atypia and clear boundaries. Prominent features included myo-epiblast-like cells with eccentric nuclei and distinctive pink cytoplasm. Immunohistochemistry, OLIG2 (B, 100×) showed partial positivity; desmin (C, 200×) revealed muscular differentiation; MyoD1 (D, 100×) and Myogenin (E, 100×) confirmed myogenic differentiation; Ki-67 (F, 100×) denoted high proliferative activity
