From: Polyneuritis cranialis combined with Horner’s syndrome: a rare variant of Guillain Barré syndrome
The patient presented with Horner syndrome on the left and peripheral facial paralysis on the right. Electromyography (EMG) showed prolonged latency (2.86ms) and decreased amplitude (1.3mv) in the right facial nerve. Left facial nerve conduction is normal.
