The colors and significance markers reflect the strength and significance of the correlation between the cells. Red: positive correlation, the darker the color, the stronger the correlation. Blue: negative correlation, the darker the color, the stronger the negative correlation. White: weak or no significant correlation. P values were showed as: *, p < 0.05; **, p < 0.01; ***, p < 0.001
